A LITTLE CLARITY

Frequently asked questions

What does InboxCabin do?

InboxCabin keeps separate Gmail and Microsoft webmail accounts in one Windows desktop workspace. Sidebar buttons switch between the providers’ familiar webmail interfaces.

Will I need to sign in again?

InboxCabin keeps account sessions between restarts and updates. Google, Microsoft, or your organization can still require reauthentication, MFA, or a new password. InboxCabin cannot override those security requirements.

How does the 30-day trial work?

The planned trial gives a computer 30 days of access without a payment card. Reinstalling does not restart its recorded trial. An internet connection is required for activation and periodic license checks.

How many accounts and computers can I use?

Plans allow unlimited email accounts and activation on up to 10 computers. You can remove old computers from your account portal.

What if my payment fails?

A failed paid renewal has a 14-day grace period to fix payment details. Your mail remains with its provider, and you can still access it through Gmail or Outlook on the web.

Does InboxCabin replace Gmail or Microsoft?

No. You still need an existing account with your email provider. Provider subscriptions and organization restrictions remain separate from InboxCabin.

Is InboxCabin available to download yet?

The public release is being prepared. The download button will become available when the production installer is ready.

How do I get help?
